What we collect

 • Your phone number — used to sign you in and to call you when a line is reached.
 • Any alternate numbers you add — so you can choose where to be called.
 • Purchase records — amount, date, and a Square payment reference.
 • Call records — which line was called, timings, and an automated transcript of the agency side of the call used to detect menus and hold messages.

Your card details

Card numbers are entered directly into a secure form hosted by Square and are never sent to or stored on our servers. If you save a card, Square stores it and gives us only a reference token plus the brand and last four digits.

Recording and transcripts

While our system is navigating a phone menu and waiting on hold, audio from the agency line is transcribed automatically so the system knows when a human is reached. Once you are connected, the conversation between you and the representative is yours; we do not use it to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

Call records, transcripts and call metadata are deleted automatically 60 days after the call ends. Purchase records are kept longer where required for accounting and dispute resolution.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the service: Square (payments), Telnyx (telephony), and Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting).

Your choices

You can remove a saved card or an alternate number at any time from your profile. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us from the contact page.
