Terms of Service

1. What Leapfrogr does

Leapfrogr places a telephone call on your behalf to a published public phone line, navigates the automated menu, and waits on hold. When a hold queue or a representative is reached, we either request a callback to your number or call you and connect you to the line.

2. No affiliation

Leapfrogr is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service or any other government agency or organisation whose lines appear on this site. All agency names are used only to identify the public phone line being called.

3. What we cannot promise

We do not control the lines we call. We cannot guarantee that a line will answer, that a representative will become available, that a callback will be offered or honoured, or how long any wait will last. Published average wait times are estimates based on prior calls and are not a commitment.

We never represent you, speak on your behalf, or discuss your affairs with anyone. You speak to the representative yourself.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide a phone number you control and be available to take our call. If we reach a hold line and you do not answer, the attempt is used. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to calls you receive.

5. Payment

Prices are shown per call before purchase. Payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. See our Refund Policy for when a purchase can be refunded.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Leapfrogr to harass any person or organisation, to place calls you are not entitled to place, or in a way that violates any law. We may refuse or cancel service and disable accounts that do so.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the call giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines or outcomes of your conversation.
