How do I get started?
Click “Get Started,” verify your phone number, and pick a line to monitor. We’ll call you when we reach a hold line.
Do I need to stay on the page?
No. We’ll keep the call running and conference you in when it’s time.
Is my number safe?
We use Firebase Authentication to verify your phone by SMS. We use your number only to call you when a line is reached, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
Are you part of the IRS?
No. Leapfrogr is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the IRS or any government agency. We simply dial the same public phone number you would, and wait on hold in your place.
Is this allowed?
Yes. We call publicly listed phone numbers and wait in the normal queue — no queue-jumping, no special access. When a representative is reached, you speak to them yourself. We never represent you or discuss your affairs on your behalf.
What happens to my card details?
Your card number is entered into a secure form hosted by Square and is never sent to our servers. If you save a card for next time, Square stores it and we only keep the brand and last four digits.
What if you never reach anyone?
We keep retrying for as long as the line is open. If we never reach a hold queue or a representative, you can request a refund — see our Refund Policy.
